Screenings

Functional Movement Screen

·$100

One of our Doctors of Physical Therapy will have you go through a series of functional movements as well as exercise or sport specific movements, if requested, to evaluate your form and ability to perform these movements. Your Physical Therapist will then diagnose and address any abnormalities or deficits that may be present and you will be given exercises to address any issues found. This service is up to 1 hour.

Functional Movement/Sports Screen Follow Up

Group Functional Movement/Sports Screen Follow Up

Only select this option if every athlete in the group are established patients that have already had a Sports Screen and every athlete in the group must participate in the same sport. One of our Doctors of Physical Therapy will continue to work with a group of up to 4 athletes on injury prevention for your group sport utilizing sport specific exercises, activities, and drills. This service is up to 1 hour.
